Under '''Surface Type''' the detail page shows the '''currently applicable surface annotation''', if there is one. It gets the label <span style="background:#e5e7eb;border-radius:3px;padding:0 5px;font-size:0.8em;font-weight:600;">ANNOTATED</span> and takes precedence over the automatic estimate. Hover over the label to see the date of the annotation and which surface type the monthly report still mentions.
