The menu button 
at the top right of the map opens the legend. For the pass view, the usual classes are 0 (black), 1–2 (red), 3–4 (orange), 5–6 (yellow), 7–8 (green) and 9 or more (blue). Use the checkboxes to show or hide a class; tick 0 passages to also see unmeasured roads. With Edit you adjust the colours and class limits. Always read the legend of the active layer.
