- only consider measurements with a driving speed between 20 km/h and 130 km/h;
- take at least the measurements of the past 30 days into account;
- if at least 2 measurements by at least 2 different vehicles were made in this period, check whether
- the speed differs by less than 30 % from the 85th-percentile speed;
- the standard deviation of the noise level in certain frequency bands is below 4 dB;
- the standard deviation on the 1 m band is below 4 dB (this length scale corresponds to low-frequency noise, depending on the driven speed);
- if the criterion is not met, also consider earlier measurements until it is. The maximum age of a measurement is 500 days (for very rarely driven streets).
